Chicken Cutlet




Ingredients

1) chicken pieces (10 in no)

2) Potato(2 big ones)

3) Big onion-2 nos

4) Green chilli -2

5) Garlic -10 small

6)Egg-3 nos

7) sauce- any-2tbsp

Preparation

a) Shredding of chicken

First boil the chicken pieces with 1 tsp of turmeric,pepper and salt. Then keep it aside for a while. After cooling shred it well and remove the bones.Keep it aside

b) Potato mashing

Boil the potato with 1 tsp of turmeric,pepper and salt. then keep it aside for a while. After cooling, peel it off and mash it in a bowl and keep aside.

c) Sauting of onion

Saut the onion in oil and mix garlic and green chilli and again saut it till it turn to light brown.mix a pinch of garam masala,salt and sauce(any).Keep it aside.

d) Mixing the above & making cutlet balls.

Mix the above contents well in a bowl and pour egg yolks into it, keeping aside the egg white in a bowl. Then make balls of lemon size and press it into oval shape.put it in the egg white and smear bread crumbs over it. Fry deep in oil and serve hot.
