Ingredients
1) Carrot-1kg(nicely grated)
2) Milk-500ml
3) Cardamom- 10 small pieces
4) Ghee-500gms
Method
1) Pressure cook the grated carrots with sufficeint amount of water(till the grated pieces submerge).
2) Keep it aside.
3) Boil milk in a vessel and add sugar and cardomom to it and stir well
4) When it boils put the boiled carrot(after draining the water frm it) into the vessel with milk and stir well.
5)When it thickens sim the flame and add the ghee slowly and keep on stirring.
6) Finally it will become so thick and it takes the form of a halwa.
7)At that time smear ghee in a oval plate and pour the mixture into it.
8) Keep it aside for cooling
9) After cooling carrot halwa can be used.
Nb:-The taste depends upon the stirring
