Unakka chemeen muringikka Theeyal


Ingredients

1) Drum Stick- 3nos

2) Unakka chemeen- one handful

3) Grated coconut -1/4 cup

4)Big onion -1 no

5) Tamarind(Pizhi puli) -2 nos

Method

1)Chop the drumstick and boil it in a vessel with chopped onions and tamarind(pizhi puli).

2)Meanwhile fry item 2 nd 3 seperately till golden brown and keep aside

3)Grind both fried items in a mixie till fine powder.

4) Mix the grinded powder into the boiling vessel after the contents in the vessel had boiled well.

5) Cook for 5 mins.

6) Serve hot
