
Ingredients
1) 1kg Maida
2) 2 eggs
3) 1tbsp curd
4) 1tbsp sugar
5) 1tsp salt
6) Sufficient water
Preparartion Method
a) Making dough
To make dough mix the above ingredients with sufficient amount of water.Knead it well to make a fine dough.Leave it aside for 12hrs.
b) Preparartion
i) After 12hrs make the kneaded dough into small lemon sized fine balls.
ii)Then smear the balls with flour.
iii)Prepare the Batoora from balls on a rolling board(little bigger than poori).
iv)Then deep fry this battoora in oil till light brown.
v)Batoora is then ready for serving.Serve hot.
